I’m writing this unstructured review of my lesson to express my gratitude toward your school and instructor for providing me with the techniques to safely transport my family on our travels.

Our initial inquiry began late last week with the hope of receiving a date before a scheduled June 21 vacation.  One of your instructors named Randy contacted me to discuss dates, and although he was initially unavailable for our requested times, sensed my need and made some changes on his end to accommodate us.

A little background:  I am used to driving 20 foot trailers.  Our first trailer was this size, and we had upgraded to a 33’ trailer.  I didn’t understand that the pivot point on this larger trailer was much different, and ran over some tree stumps on our maiden trip.  It was because of this incident that we searched for and found your school.

I discussed this incident with Randy, who proceeded to recreate the exact scenario using cones so he could see what I did, and showed me what I should have done.  The techniques he taught are something I never would have known to do, and for this alone I am appreciative.

Randy then set up a number of different scenarios, and we spend the day on running through those as well as actual road driving.  His insight and tips are invaluable and brought back the confidence I needed to tow this trailer comfortably, and his personality really made this training session enjoyable.

We really appreciate Randy for accommodating us and providing us with the tools we needed to have fun in this lifestyle, and your school for having this course available.
