What a great instructor and mentor Mike Stewart is!  Pulling a 43 foot 5th wheel for the first time can be a white knuckle experience but Mike put us both at ease and taught us all of those important fundamentals to make sure we were ready for productive and most importantly, safe towing.

Over the course of the 2 days with Mike he made sure to understand exactly what our comfort levels were and how best to present the training based on our experience.  We learned all of the basics of freeway, highway, and in town driving.  We went through various types of turns, backing in a straight line and of course practicing backing into sites.  All of this was done in a patient and professional manor that speaks to the quality of Mike’s teaching style.  More important than just these basics though; the wisdom that was imparted, that comes only from many years on the road, was absolutely priceless.

If all of that was not enough, Mike also helped us to diagnose a hitch problem that we have and helped us to figure out our next steps in solving it.  He even walked us through getting our tow vehicle and 5er weighed at the local Cat scales!  Amazing service!

All I can say is a massive, “Thank you!” to Mike for getting us on our way in this new journey!  My highest recommendation!
