The driving lessons were valuable to me. Mr. Johnson was very patient and a good teacher. I would have liked to have had a little more practice in traffic, but I believe he used the first day just to get me as comfortable as possible behind the wheel on less traveled roads before going into heavier traffic. I understand that completely. He also took the time to assess why I was somewhat tentative in certain situations and concluded it had to do with how little I was able to see in the mirror on the passenger’s side. He felt it needed to extend out further, but helped us adjust it to work as well for me as possible. We checked into having it replaced and the new one has made a huge difference in my vision. Based on his advice, I have practiced some most every driving day since the lessons. My husband does not like being a passenger and he does not have to worry one bit about my usurping his position as primary driver, but I now feel like I could get the rig back home if necessary. I would, however, choose a route that did not take me into big city traffic!!! Don’t like it in a car either!!! Thank you so much for arranging the lessons for me!
