Frank Piccolo was a superb instructor while also being a very nice guy and a pleasant conversationalist. My wife and I both liked him very much. He helped us understand how to operate various facets of our travel trailer and gave us tips on things we needed to purchase for our rig which we were not we wee not aware we needed. He was most helpful in advising us that our trailer hitch was too low and we used his connections to get the trailer hitch raised at a local shop in Auburn at a very reasonable price. We had no heat in our trailer in December on the night before our lessons began because we were trailer novices and he helped us remedy this situation and even called the second evening to be sure we had heat. He was a very knowledgeable and patient instructor and made me feel much safer and more confident in a variety of driving settings. He gave us literature on travel trailers and advised us on RV clubs to join where we can receive big discounts in the future. He was a very good instructor and a very nice man whose company we enjoyed very much. I would recommend any new driver or RV’s take a class from Frank.
