We recently purchased a 35 foot Diesel RV and even though on several occassions we have rented and driven a 33 foot gas RV, this felt different.  It only made sense that after such a significant investment that we look at how to become more comfortable. What a great experience we had with Steve.  He took what could have been an anxiety producing situation and made us feel relaxed and comfortable.  By the end of our 2 days, we received more than we had hoped for and definately drove home more confident.
