I want to say that Tim was a wonderful instructor.  He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and confident.
He called me several weeks before our appointment to introduce himself and let me know what to expect.  We were in contact on my way to the Bishop Lake RV Resort and he met me at the office when I arrived.  He’d already checked out my site and guided me there.  He watched as I unhitched my 5th wheel and set up for the evening – all the while giving me helpful advice and guidance on how to get things done more efficiently.
On the first day he again watched as I prepared to depart for our first lesson..again guiding me when he thought I should do things differently or more efficiently.  Our first day at the park was perfect.  He was patient and took me through an extensive lesson plan that helped me better understand the importance for safety, taking my time, and the proper way to back up, parallel park, follow and pass vehicles on the interstate, as well as other safety measures when operating my truck and rig.  The next day was also very good.  We went over what I’d learned the day before and he took me through several tricky back-up procedures.  I admit I’m not an expert and need a lot more practice, but Time gave me the basics, and that’s exactly what I expected.
The second evening, Tim and his wife invited me to their 5th wheel to share a few other tricks of the trade – again, the discussion was very helpful (I took a lot of notes) and the two of them are such nice people.
Overall, I got what I expected – the basics on the road, plus many, many safety tips and Internet and book references to make my RV experience the best it can be.
The only suggestion I have to make it better – add another day.  I enjoyed Tim’s instruction very much – he is an asset to your company.
Thank you for asking for my feedback.  I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone wanting to know more about safely operating an RV.
